OPERATIONAL FEATURES

The unique curved feature of the arms facilitate a more user friendly operation when hanging clothes by allowing clearance when working from the back line to the front, it is also more aesthetically pleasing by not showing the non perpendicular “sagged” look when heavily loaded with clothes or from wear and tear.

The telescoping Strut Assembly is designed to provide everlasting and failsafe operation. It contains no plastic components and allows for easy operation to raise and lower the frame.

The one piece cord is laced through the frame and is “non stretch” and made from a multi filament poly.

A 10 year back to base structural warranty is offered on all Breeze clotheslines and should the unlikely case arise, spare parts are available.

MATERIALS SPECIFICATION

Arm Assembly
20 x 40 x1.2 Zinc Plated Steel Tubing finished in a uv stable Powder Coat
All the fastener holes are punched with clearance for appropriate sized fasteners.
All the cord holes are pierced, eliminating the need for plastic grommets allowing the cord to be installed without being damaged by sharp corners.
The front end of the Arm Assembly is mandrel bent to 90 degrees and provides a rigid frame and has a metal reinforced plug to neatly telescope into the Spreader Bar.

Spreader Bar
20 x 40 x 1.2 Zinc Plated Steel Tubing finished in Uv stable Powder Coating

Folding Mechanism
Made from 1.6mm Zinc Plated Steel and deploying a “failsafe” latching system

Fasteners
All fasteners are Stainless Steel and come with plastic Thread Caps. 4 x M10 Stainless Steel Masonry Anchors supplied

Cord
3.5mm Polycord with minimal elongation

Available in a 10 or 6 line configuration. The spreader bar can be easily cut down if a reduced width is required.
