Heavy Duty Stainless Steel
We use the best austenitic grade (304) stainless steel and for aggressive environments we offer a 316 grade. Our stainless is finished in a fine brushed finish however this can also be supplied in a mirror polish. With a mirror polish be careful, reflections from the sun has been known to cause problems with neighbours and passing traffic.

The Mailbox
The letterbox is based on Mailmaster’s corporate style mailbox and is an all aluminium construction. Generally and by default this is supplied in a natural anodised finish but this can also be produced in a variety of powder coat colours. This unit comes complete with a key lock and 2 keys.

Expert Design Advice
We have over 20 years experience in the design and manufacture of mailboxes and can offer you expert advice with your letterbox. We recommend and consider compliance to Australian Standards for mailbox design along with the requirements of Australia Post. This includes a mail slot no wider than 30mm, a box designed to take A4 size mail and a weather lip to minimise the ingress of rainwater.

Cost Effective
We are a volume manufacturing company producing product for both the retail and trade markets as well as suppliers to the commercial building industry. On all custom manufacture we supply in the following order;

1. Quote (based on your design requirements) or otherwise as per the item you have selected and ordered.
2. If you wish to proceed, payment details are required.
3. A detailed workshop drawing is than supplied to you. * See Comments below
4. Manufacture
Note. Drawings need to be reviewed  within 24hrs. If the order is cancelled  a $35.00 drawing fee is a charged.
 The drawing that is provided can be used by your building in making an allowance for the mailbox. These can generally be retrofitted or if the wall is being rendered, at this stage.
7. As these are a custom manufacture delivery is usually 2 weeks (ex factory) from the time the order is approved.
