Turbon initially commenced business in 1959 with the manufacture of domestic heat exchange and solar hot water systems.
Born out of Turbon’s long association (year 1985) with The Original Letterbox Man, Mailmaster has now become a leading force in the manufacture and supply of commercial as well as domestic mailboxes.
Mailmaster’s resources are extensive with direct access to most facets of metal fabrication, importation and marketing resources. The directors common interests extend to heavy metal fabrication with Blue Sun Poles (major and minor road lighting columns and floodlight tower manufacture), a non ferrous foundry, warehousing and with Turbon, sheet metal fabrication, general engineering and laser cutting and metal spinning operations.
We are proud Australian manufacturers and enjoy our industry and it is a sad indictment that we too, in cases, have been driven to import. It is our bid to improve our manufacturing efficiencies, pay fair wages and keep our margins down and promote and sell Australian product. All of this without compromise to quality.
